I am an artist who is inspired by the non-objective, the contemplation of the visual elements and formal qualities of my work over narrative. My focus is on colour, form and perceived texture. Nothing is obvious but sometimes a conceptual phenomenological experience of texture as well as an internal discussion on any emotions from the dark to the colour elements and thoughts of the personal interpretation of the viewer.

With these images from my Master's degree, I am asking the viewer to consider a narrative that may arise upon reflection.

This is my artist's response to the 2019 Christchurch mosque tragedy, where are 52 people were killed when they were in prayer by a white supremacist.
